MOBA Trainer × Rainbow Six Siege

1. Organizer

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is organized by MOBA Trainer B.V. (“MOBA Trainer”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated under Dutch law, as part of a Rainbow Six Siege strategic puzzle campaign. The Giveaway is hosted at r6.mobatrainer.com (the “Site”).

The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform. By entering, you release such platforms from any liability.

2. Eligibility

• Open to participants aged 16 years or older at the time of entry.
• Open worldwide, except where participation, the random draw, or the distribution of rewards is prohibited or restricted by applicable law, or where the participant is located in a country subject to applicable trade sanctions or embargoes.
• A valid Rainbow Six Siege game account and a valid email address are required to receive a reward.
• Employees of MOBA Trainer and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
• If you are under the age of majority in your country of residence, you confirm that you have your parent’s or legal guardian’s consent to enter and to receive a reward.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, you must complete the following steps on the Site:

1. Start the Tactical Challenge on r6.mobatrainer.com.
2. Complete the challenge, which consists of five (5) strategic puzzles, solving them in sequence through to the final puzzle.
3. Upon finishing the final puzzle, enter a valid email address and select both checkboxes presented: (i) consent to be notified, and (ii) consent to your email being stored and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Both checkboxes must be selected and a valid email address provided for an entry to be valid. Completing the challenge without submitting your email and consents does not constitute an entry. Limit: one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries that are incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or that use multiple or false identities will be disqualified.

4. Entry Period

The entry period opens on the campaign launch date and closes after the period communicated on the Site. A random draw will take place within approximately three (3) weeks after the entry period closes. We may extend, shorten, or modify these dates and will communicate any material change on the Site.

5. Selection of Winners

After the entry period closes, MOBA Trainer will select sixty (60) winners at random from all valid entries, identified by their submitted email address: fifty (50) winners will each receive an Attendee skin, and ten (10) winners will each receive a Variant Attendee skin. The draw is conducted using a random selection method, and each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected. The decision on winner selection is final and binding.

6. Rewards

• Rewards consist of in-game cosmetic items (“skins”) for Rainbow Six Siege (the “Rewards”).
• Rewards are delivered as digital redemption codes sent to the winner’s submitted email address.
• The number, type, and value of Rewards are determined by MOBA Trainer and will be communicated on the Site.
• Rewards are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash or any other item.
• Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges that may apply to receiving a Reward.
• A valid, active game account is required to redeem a code. Codes may be subject to expiry dates and to the applicable platform’s terms of use.

7. Notification & Claiming

Winners will be notified by email at the address submitted with their entry. To claim a Reward, a winner may be required to confirm eligibility (including age) and provide the information needed to deliver the code. If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, provides invalid details, or is found ineligible, the Reward may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn. We are not responsible for emails that are undeliverable, filtered as spam, or sent to an incorrect or inactive address.

8. Personal Data

We process the email addresses and entry data you provide solely to administer the Giveaway, contact winners, and deliver Rewards, and — where you have opted in — to notify you of campaign news such as Season 2. Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent or request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address in Section 12. Data is retained only as long as necessary to run the Giveaway and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted.

9. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms, tampers with the entry process or the Site, uses bots or automated means, or acts in a manner that is fraudulent or unfair to other participants.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOBA Trainer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or the use or inability to use a Reward, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. We are not responsible for technical failures, network issues, or any factor beyond our reasonable control that affects entry, the draw, or delivery of Rewards. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Changes & Cancellation

We reserve the right to amend these Terms or to suspend or cancel the Giveaway at any time if required for legal, technical, or operational reasons, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Material changes will be communicated on the Site.

12. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence. Questions about the Giveaway can be sent to MOBA Trainer B.V. at support@mobatrainer.com.
